Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. The Newsletter Pro Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of the United States.
  2. The Giveaway starts on April 1st, 2023 and ends on June 30th, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. To participate in the Giveaway, individuals must refer a new client to Newsletter Pro during the Promotion Period. Each successful referral will be counted as one entry into the Giveaway. There is no limit to the number of submissions.
  4. To be eligible for the Giveaway, the referrer must provide their name and email address to Newsletter Pro. Newsletter Pro will use this information to contact the referrer if they are selected as the winner. Newsletter Pro will also use this information to reach out to the referral and complete the sign-up process. Alternatively, the referrer may also reach out to the referral and ask them to sign up as a client of Newsletter Pro during the Promotion Period.
  5. The referral must sign up as a client of Newsletter Pro during the Promotion Period to be considered a successful referral.
  6. For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a $500 payout. The payout will be made within 30 days of the referral signing up as a client of Newsletter Pro.
  7. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 30th, 2023.
  8. The winner of the Giveaway will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  9. The winner of the Giveaway will receive a full year of newsletter service from Newsletter Pro, with a total value of $24,000. The newsletter service will be provided in accordance with Newsletter Pro’s standard terms and conditions.
  10. The winner of the Giveaway will be notified by email within 10 days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Newsletter Pro may select an alternate winner.
  11. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Newsletter Pro and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
  12. Newsletter Pro reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time and for any reason.
  13. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
  14. Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Newsletter Pro’s privacy policy.
  15. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website or participation in the Giveaway, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  16. You may not participate in the Giveaway or use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of our website.
  17. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NewsletterPro.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our website or your violation of these terms and conditions.
  18. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after any modifications to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
  19. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Boise, Idaho, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
