Terms of Service

Any and all work performed by Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. and any agreements, contracts, order forms (online, via a website, digital, print, phone, or in any other form) with Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the state of Idaho. In the event that litigation, mediation or legal action results from or arises out of any agreements, contracts, order forms (online, via a website, digital, print, phone, or in any other form) with Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. or the performance thereof, the Parties agree to litigate and resolve in the state of Idaho. Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. does not guarantee any results. In the event Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. ceases to exit, goes out of business or changes business models there will be no refunds issued.

If you are using Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. The business will hold harmless and indemnify Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees. Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. will not be responsible for lost profits. Solution Marketers LLC/Newsletter Pro, Inc. may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page.
